Recommended: Completely wet pouf prior to adding soap. Arrives flat, poof up cotton with hands before use. Hang to dry after use on the cotton loop. Machine wash periodically. Pair with our handcrafted soap bars or liquid Castile soap. .

Didn’t Like

I really wanted to use and like a cotton scrubbie, but this one didn’t seem to suds up and was kind of scratchy on my skin. Love many of the other products though!

Hard to use

I like the idea but I find that you have to use more soap and it is hard to handle as you wash your body, and hard to hang up. In general, it is too bulky and not soft.

Hello Jane, we recommend wetting the loofah fully before adding soap and find the amount of soap used is comparable to using a washcloth. Not sure why you find it difficult to use or hang up with the cotton loop, but appreciate the feedback.

I didn't even know that there was a such thing as a cotton loofah (I also didn't know the one I was using was plastic) This purchase was a no-brainer and didn't disappoint. New favorite shop!
