We are committed to helping our Mother Earth, so all packages are shipped with our planet in mind. We use recycled paper packaging materials, corrugated cardboard, paper envelopes with biodegradable kraft or masking tape. If you see packing peanuts in your order, they are 100% compostable (made from corn) and dissolve in water (try it!)
To further our sustainability efforts, we reuse cardboard boxes and packing materials for our online and wholesale shipping— minimizing waste and giving those boxes another life- they used to be trees after all.

All of our shipping is plastic-free aside from the tape that may be on the boxes donated to us. We use only paper tape/stickers/labels, paper and cardboard scraps for packaging loose items, and compostable corn peanuts that dissolve in water.
Please reuse, compost or recycle your packaging.

If you don't absolutely love your Me Mother Earth product, we don't want to keep your money!
After you receive your delivery, if you don't think it was worth your money, email us for a *full refund.
*Due to the nature of bath, beauty and skincare products- all soaps and shampoo/conditioner bars sales are final. Non-skincare products may be returned within 30 days for store credit of the total product cost, minus shipping fees, with proof of purchase. If the initial order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The buyer pays return shipping fees, and must contact us to receive a return authorization. Any returned products must be in completely new, unused, and re-sellable condition and are subject to manager approval.
My product arrived broken or damaged:
We know stuff can happen, and we can definitely assist with this! Please take a photo of the damage to the outer box, and internal damage to its contents. Send us a message and we'll see to it that you get a replacement. There may be a slight delay on re-shipment for damages as we deal with the shipping carrier to resolve what occurred with your shipment.
