Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer free shipping over $45 which is always mindfully packaged without plastic. 

We are committed to helping our Mother Earth, so all packages are shipped with  our planet in mind. We use recycled paper packaging materials, corrugated cardboard, paper envelopes with biodegradable kraft tape. 

Please reuse, compost or recycle your packaging. 

Materials we ship with:

  • Recyclable kraft paper envelopes
  • Kraft paper (brown recycled paper) padding
  • Shredded kraft paper padding 
  • Sticky kraft paper tape to seal boxes

Carriers we use:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL (International only)

Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us

If you don't absolutely love your Me Mother Earth product, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. Please keep in mind that we are a small business, so if it was a matter of preference, please regift to someone you love that can use the item.

Each year, 5 billion pounds of waste is generated from online returns. We are committed to reducing waste and returns are wasteful. They also generate unnecessary CO2 emissions and will be addressed on a case by case basis.

Due to the nature of bath, beauty, skincare, and oral hygiene products including all soaps, shampoo/conditioner bars, deodorants, toothbrushes, and floss sales are final sale. Sale and clearance items are also final sale. Products that don't fall into the above categories may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the total product cost, minus shipping fees with proof of purchase. If the initial order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The buyer pays return shipping fees, and must contact us to receive a return authorization which is addressed on a case by case basis. Any returned products must be in completely new, unused, and re-sellable condition and are subject to approval.

Shipping cost is NON-REFUNDABLE. That goes directly to the carrier, so we are unable to refund that cost. 

My product arrived broken or damaged or missing items:

We know stuff can happen, and we can definitely assist with this! Please take a photo of the damage to the outer box, and internal damage to its contents. If missing items, please send a photo of what you actually received. Send us a message and we'll see to it that you get a replacement. There may be a slight delay on re-shipment for damages as we may have to deal with the shipping carrier to resolve what occurred with your shipment.
