Quick-Dry Diatomite Sink Caddy
These sink caddies are cut from diatomite, a soft sedimentary stone formed from fossilized algae and one of the most abundant minerals on earth. The porous surface pulls moisture off whatever you set on it and releases it in seconds, so your brushes, sponges, and soap bars sit on a dry surface instead of in a puddle. Assembly Directions: Unscrew the stainless steel legs, keeping one silicone ring on each side of the screw. Gently screw one leg through each hole in the caddy with the longer portion of the leg on the bottom. Be careful not to over tighten.
Care Instructions: Rinse with water and wipe clean. To maintain absorbency, wash and dry the caddy completely every 10 to 20 days. For a deeper clean, scrub gently with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. To refresh absorbency or lift small stains, wet sand a thin layer off the surface with fine grit sandpaper.
Please note: Wet sand only. Keep the caddy and sandpaper wet the whole time. Avoid breathing the dust.
